- Log in at travel.bcengi.com or open the Bcengi app
- Go to your eSIM detail page
- Click Add Funds (or Manual Payment)
- Choose an amount: $10, $25, $50, or $100
- Complete the payment with your card
- Funds are added instantly and your eSIM reconnects within minutes if it was disconnected
Auto-Refill (Recommended for Travelers)

- Log in at travel.bcengi.com or open the Bcengi app
- Go to your eSIM detail page
- Toggle Balance Auto Refill → ON
- Choose your refill amount ($10, $25, $50, or $100)
- Add a payment method if you have not already

- Triggers when your balance drops below 20% of your selected refill amount
- Charges your saved card automatically
- You can set a daily refill limit to control spending, or leave it as "No Limit"
