You can check your Bcengi balance and data usage anytime through the online portal. There is no app — everything is managed through the web.
How to Check Your Balance
- Go to travel.bcengi.com
- Log in with your email
- Your current balance is displayed on the main dashboard
- Click on your eSIM for detailed usage information
Understanding Data Usage
- Usage updates every hour — there is a 1-hour delay between actual usage and what the portal shows
- Charges are per kilobyte (KB) — although rates are shown per GB for easy comparison
- Country-specific rates: You can see per-country usage breakdown in your account
What the Usage Page Shows
- Current balance in USD
- Total data used across all countries

- Auto-Refill status and recent refill history

- iPhone: Settings → Cellular → scroll down to see data used per line. Note: this tracks since last reset, not current billing period.
- Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → [Bcengi] → Data usage
