Enable Data Roaming — The Most Missed Setting
Data Roaming is the single most common setting that prevents a travel eSIM from working. It must be turned ON for your Bcengi eSIM, even if you normally keep it off for your regular SIM.
Why Data Roaming Must Be ON
When you use a travel eSIM abroad, your phone considers it "roaming" even though Bcengi has local carrier agreements in each country. The Data Roaming toggle controls whether your phone allows the eSIM to connect to these networks.
Important: Enabling Data Roaming on your Bcengi eSIM will NOT cause charges on your regular SIM. Each SIM line has its own roaming toggle.

Will This Cause Charges on My Regular SIM?
No. You are only enabling roaming for the Bcengi eSIM line. Your regular SIM's roaming setting is separate. To be safe, you can turn Data Roaming OFF for your regular SIM while keeping it ON for Bcengi.
Bcengi TravelPass is a pay-as-you-go eSIM — you only pay for data you use, with no bundles, no expiry, and no contracts. One eSIM works in 200+ countries.
