The Key Point: Balance Never Expires

Unlike data bundles that expire in 7 or 30 days, your Bcengi balance never expires. So there is no "unused data" to refund — your balance is always available for your next trip, whether that is next week or next year.

When Refunds Are Available

  • eSIM never installed: If you purchased but never scanned the QR code or installed the eSIM, a full refund is available
  • Device not compatible: If your device does not support eSIM and the eSIM was never used, a refund is available
  • Technical issue on our end: If a problem on Bcengi's side prevented you from using the service

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • eSIM installed and used: Once you have installed and used data, the purchase is non-refundable
  • Remaining balance: Since balance never expires, remaining balance is not refundable
  • Changed travel plans: Your balance stays on your account for any future trip

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact us at support@bcengi.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. We can usually resolve issues faster than the bank dispute process.
