Where to Find Your eSIM QR Code
Your eSIM QR code is available in your Bcengi account portal. Here's how to find it.
Find Your QR Code in the Portal
- Log in to your account at travel.bcengi.com
- Go to your eSIM detail page
- Click eSIM QR & Info
- Your QR code will be displayed — you can scan it from another device or screenshot it
QR Code Not Working?
Bcengi QR codes do not expire. If scanning doesn't work, it typically means the eSIM is already installed on your device. Check:
- iPhone: Go to Settings → Cellular — look for a Bcengi line listed there
- Android / Samsung: Go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs (Samsung: Connections → SIM Manager) — check if Bcengi appears
If the eSIM is already installed, you don't need to scan again — just make sure it's enabled and set as your data line.
Scanning the QR Code From the Same Phone
If the QR code is displayed on the same phone you want to install it on:
- Screenshot the QR code and save it to your photos
- On iPhone: Some models let you long-press the QR code image to activate it
- On Android: Use the "Load from gallery" option when adding the eSIM
- Alternatively, use the manual entry method — copy the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your portal
