Pause or Cancel Your eSIM
Not traveling for a while? You can pause your eSIM service to stop any automatic charges. Your balance stays safe and you can resume anytime.
Pausing Your eSIM
- Log in at travel.bcengi.com
- Go to your eSIM detail page
- Click Manage eSIM
- Select Pause eSIM
While paused:
- No data charges occur
- No auto-refill charges
- Your balance is preserved — it never expires
- The eSIM will not connect to any network
Resuming Your eSIM
- Log in at travel.bcengi.com
- Go to your eSIM detail page
- Click Resume eSIM (or Unpause)
- Your eSIM will start connecting again within a minute or two
Do You Need to Cancel?
With Bcengi's pay-as-you-go model, there is nothing to cancel in the traditional sense. There are no subscriptions, no monthly fees, and no contracts. If you are not using data, you are not being charged. Your balance never expires.
- Turn off Auto-Refill if you want to stop automatic charges
- Pause the eSIM if you want to ensure zero activity
- Remove the eSIM from your phone if you do not want it visible in your settings
Refund Policy
Once an eSIM is installed and used, purchases are non-refundable. However, since your balance never expires, you can use it on any future trip. If you have not installed or used the eSIM at all, contact support@bcengi.com for refund options.
