These terms explain how the AgentPass Rewards Program works: how you earn credits, unlock tiers, and use your rewards.

1. Tiers

Your tier is based on your rolling 12-month net cash spend on AgentPass:

• Emerald: $0–$9,999
• Sapphire: $10,000–$99,999
• Ruby: $100,000+

“Net cash spend” means completed orders paid in cash (card, bank, etc.), minus any refunds.
Your tier updates automatically as you cross these thresholds.

2. Earning Credits

You earn rewards as cashback credits on every eligible order.

• Cashback applies only to the cash-paid portion of each order
• Any part of an order paid with credits does not earn cashback
• Credits are added to your account after the order is completed

Cashback rates by tier:

• Emerald: 20%
• Sapphire: 30%
• Ruby: 60%

Credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred to another account.

3. Milestone Bonuses

Each tier includes a one-time milestone bonus when you first reach it:

• Emerald: $100 after your first completed purchase
• Sapphire: $500 when you first reach $10,000 in 12-month net cash spend
• Ruby: $1,000 when you first reach $100,000 in 12-month net cash spend

Milestone bonuses are paid as credits to your AgentPass account, not as cash.

4. Using Credits

Credits reduce what you pay on future orders.

• You can use credits to cover up to 50% of any order total
• The remaining amount must be paid in cash (and that portion can earn cashback)
• Credits never expire while your account is active and in good standing
• Credits cannot be converted to cash, refunded, or moved to another account

5. Refunds & Adjustments

Sometimes orders change - here’s how that affects rewards:

• All refunds are issued as credits, regardless of how the original order was paid
• Only the cash-paid portion of an order counts toward your tier and milestones
• If an order is refunded, any cashback credits earned from that order are reversed
• If reversing credits changes your rolling 12-month net cash spend, your tier may adjust

If a reversal pushes your credit balance below zero (for example, if credits were already used), future earned credits will first be applied to clear that negative balance.

6. Ruby Growth Grant & Recognition

Ruby partners unlock additional perks:

• $5,000 Ruby Growth Grant each year Ruby status is maintained, applied toward accelerating a pre-scoped Bcengi roadmap feature
• Option to add your own budget to increase the feature’s scope or speed
• Listing in Bcengi Top Resellers on our website and select marketing materials while you are Ruby

The grant is a development benefit, not cash or credits, and Bcengi retains full ownership of all developed features.

7. Fair Use & Program Integrity

To keep the program fair:

• Only one rewards account per legal entity or person is allowed
• Rewards, credits, and status are non-transferable
• We may review accounts for unusual patterns, such as:
  • Excessive or repeated refunds
  • Fraudulent or test orders
  • Attempts to artificially inflate spend or tier
  • Sharing or reselling credits

If we detect abuse, we may pause earning, block redemptions, adjust tiers, or remove access to the program.

8. Program Changes

We may update the Rewards Program over time.

This can include changes to:

• Tier thresholds
• Cashback rates
• Milestone bonuses
• Perks and benefits
• Rules for earning or using credits

When we make changes, we’ll update this page. Continued participation in the program after updates means you accept the new terms.
