Dejitech, Inc. dba Bcengi
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of Bcengi’s software, including mobile apps, browser-based portals, or any other application or interface we provide to access our eSIM services (collectively, the “App”). This is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Dejitech, Inc. dba Bcengi (“Bcengi”, “we”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License Grant
Bcengi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your personal or authorized business use, in accordance with this EULA and our Terms of Service.
2. Ownership and Restrictions
The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Bcengi or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, attempt to derive source code, modify, resell, or create derivative works based on the App.
3. User Accounts and Security
You may need to create an account to access the App. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Updates and Modifications
Bcengi may release updates, patches, or new features from time to time. These may be automatically installed without notice. This EULA will apply to all updates unless they include a separate license.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Disrupt or interfere with the App’s functionality or other users
- Transmit viruses, spam, or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
6. Data and Privacy
Bcengi collects and processes limited personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Use of the App is subject to that policy. Please review it to understand how your information is handled.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may include access to third-party networks, platforms, or services (e.g., telecom providers, payment processors). Bcengi is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of these third-party services.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Bcengi may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for any reason, including misuse, violation of this EULA, or account inactivity. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall any copies.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all devices, or availability of network coverage in all locations. Use of the App is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bcengi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. In any case, our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App or services in the preceding six months.
11. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all export and trade regulations related to your use of the App. You may not use or access the App from any jurisdiction subject to U.S. government embargo or sanctions.
12. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable U.S. federal law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in New Jersey, unless local law requires otherwise.
